At URAHARA, we want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you are not completely happy with your order, you can return or exchange any unworn items within 30 days of delivery.

Return Process

  Prepare the Package

  Place the items in their original packaging with all tags attached to ensure they are protected during transit.

  Ship It Back

  Print your prepaid shipping label from the portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our team inspects the returned goods, we will process your refund or ship your exchange item within 5-7 business days.
